G Squared Capital Partners, a boutique middle-market investment bank dedicated to the aerospace, defense and government market, is pleased to announce that Libba Keith has joined the firm as Director.
Ms. Keith drives the firm’s strategic partnerships, engagement origination and client development strategies. Focused on building long-term relationships, Ms. Keith helps G Squared collaborate with clients to provide impactful, strategic advice through every phase of a company’s development.
Before joining G Squared, Ms. Keith was a Director at The McLean Group leading Deal Origination and Client Service for both the M&A and valuation practice. Prior to her role in Business Development, Ms. Keith was a Vice President in The McLean Group’s valuation practice, overseeing hundreds of valuation engagements, including business valuations, intangible asset valuations, fairness opinions, purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment tests, long-lived intangible asset impairment tests, strategic valuations and complex security valuations.
Ms. Keith has experience working with public and private companies across various industries. Her broad experience includes supporting pre-IPO companies on common stock 409A valuations including Tenable Network Security and Appian as well as helping early stage companies with fundraising and pre and post-money valuation analyses. She also has extensive valuation experience supporting government contractors advising on the value drivers that are unique to the industry.
Ms. Keith, previously a Certified Valuation Analyst with the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (“NACVA”), has been an instructor with NACVA on complex security valuation and a speaker on start-up company valuations. Ms. Keith is a founding member of the Professional Women’s Roundtable of DC Metro and an active member of Washington Women’s Leadership Initiative (WWLI), Professional Services Organization (PSC), Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Mid-Atlantic as well as one of the sponsors of VC in DC. She is a Regional Board Member of Young Life National Capital Region. Ms. Keith graduated magna cum laude, Beta Gamma Sigma with a B.S. in Finance from Auburn University.
